We have excellent manufacturing processes, using methods such as hot forging, die forging, cold rolling, heat treatment and surface treatment to bring our products to the condition required for our customers. High-temperature forging can break down cast grains, making the internal structure of the disks denser and eliminating porosity; cold working can be done to increase hardness according to thickness requirements, or high-precision sawing can be used to cut discs; annealing, solution treatment, or aging treatments may be performed to achieve specified hardness requirements; pickling, polishing, silver plating or nickel plating are optional to increase conductivity or oxidation resistance.
We adhere to standards such as GB/T 4423, ASTM B150, ASTM B196, and DIN 17660, and can perform mechanical property tests such as tensile testing and hardness testing to determine tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and Brinell hardness; we can also perform physical property tests such as thermal expansion and thermal conductivity, and non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing and penetrant testing to detect internal defects, delamination, and porosity in products. We can process customer-specified dimensions according to drawings and can also provide customized tolerances.
